These terms govern your use of MortgageMatcher.net, operated by Mortgage Matcher Inc. By using this site or submitting the intake form, you agree to them.
Our services
Mortgage Matcher Inc is the Mortgage Match Maker. We match Area Managers, Branch Managers and Loan Officers with the perfect company for them. Our fees are paid by the hiring company. We never charge candidates anything, at any point.
We do not guarantee that we will find you a position, that any company will make you an offer, or that any placement will last a particular length of time. Employment decisions are made by the hiring company, and employment terms are between you and that company.
Confidentiality
We will not submit your name, resume, or details to any company without your prior approval of that specific company, and we will not contact your current employer.
Your information
You agree that the information you give us, including your NMLS number, licensing, work history, and production figures, is accurate to the best of your knowledge. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description
Mortgage Matcher Inc operates two text messaging programs, which you may opt in to separately:

How you opt in
You opt in by checking the appropriate box on the intake form at MortgageMatcher.net and providing your mobile number. The boxes are not pre-checked, and they are optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any service we provide. You may also opt in verbally during a call with us, or by texting us first.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Mortgage Matcher Inc does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt in again by any of the methods above.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Privacy

Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and logo on this site are owned by Mortgage Matcher Inc and may not be copied or reused without permission.
